Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 15, 2026

Wardrobe ("we", "our", or "the app") is a personal wardrobe management app for Android. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.

Summary

Information the app stores on your device

When you use Wardrobe, the app may store the following locally:

This data remains on your device unless you export it, back it up through Android system backup, or uninstall the app.

Information we do not collect directly

The core Wardrobe experience does not require you to create an account, and the app does not transmit your wardrobe photos or item details to our servers by default.

Network use

Most Wardrobe features work offline. The app requests internet access only for the optional Inspiration tab, which embeds third-party web content (currently Pinterest). When you use that feature, the third-party site may collect information according to its own privacy policy, including cookies and usage data.

Android backup and device transfer

Android may back up app data according to your device settings and the app's backup configuration. This can include your local wardrobe database and stored images. You can review backup settings on your device.

Import and export

You can export your wardrobe data to a JSON file and import JSON files that you choose. You are responsible for storing exported files securely.

Crash reporting

If enabled in a future release, anonymized crash diagnostics may be collected to improve app stability. If crash reporting is active, this section will be updated to identify the provider used.

Children's privacy

Wardrobe is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
